These Terms govern the use of our website and the engagement of Vytrion Technologies' services. Please read them carefully; for the specifics of your project, the proposal signed by both parties always prevails.
By accessing this site or hiring any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Vytrion Technologies provides custom web development and the design and integration of artificial-intelligence agents. The specific scope of each project (features, deliverables and timelines) is defined and agreed in writing in a proposal or quote beforehand.
Every project starts with a proposal detailing scope, price and schedule. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A project is considered engaged once you accept the proposal and pay the agreed deposit.
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance invoiced by milestone or on delivery. Amounts exclude applicable taxes. Payments more than 15 days overdue may temporarily pause work.
Timelines are estimates and depend on receiving the content, access and approvals we need on time. Delays in providing materials or feedback may push the delivery date accordingly.
Once the full amount is paid, ownership of the final deliverables (code, design and content created for you) transfers to you. We may reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio. Third-party libraries, fonts or services remain governed by their own licenses.
Each phase includes a reasonable round of revisions. Work that falls outside the agreed scope (new features, redesigns or substantial changes) is quoted and invoiced separately before it is carried out.
We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not warrant that software will be error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project and does not cover indirect damages or failures of third-party services (hosting, APIs, AI providers).
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project and to use it solely to carry it out.
Either party may cancel the project with written notice. On cancellation, work completed to date is payable and deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
